From an iconic new emblem of opportunity to a fresh new color palette bursting with optimism, every element of PayPal’s new visual expression embodies the limitless positivity that powers their vision as a brand.
Over the course of a year, I helped to refresh the PayPal brand to include a new brand purpose, tone of voice, logo, color palette, typeface, visual identity, sonic identity, and photography style. And then globalized it.

How does one describe an infinite galaxy with 18 quintillion planets? This was our attempt at showing players a glimpse of what they would see in this beautiful, epic adventure game, inspired by classic science-fiction.
No Man’s Weather Social Posts:
We created social posts to mimic an ios-style weather app to describe the diverse environments of the planets in the game.
No Where Near Social Videos:
The game contains 18 quintillion planets that you can explore. We thought we would give some context to that large number with these social videos.
Planet Roulette Instagram Video:
You never know where you might land next. We created a planet roulette in an Instagram post with hundreds of planets flashing by. To land, the user simply taps on the screen to explore the planet.

eBay Spring Campaign: TV
Say goodbye to winter — spring is finally here. It’s time to clear out, charge up, get out, and pick up right where you left off with the help of eBay.
These spots performed so well that within an hour of watching the seller video, 884k people visited eBay. And within an hour of watching the buyer video, 1.3 million eBay shoppers increased sales in the Home and Garden category.

In an unprecedented moment in history, we faced a global pandemic in 2020. As small businesses and their communities were greatly impacted, stories of resilience and ingenuity emerged. PayPal wanted to celebrate and support these small businesses. We created this campaign through user generated content to highlight PayPal merchants around the world and help give them a broader stage to reach more customers all while remaining safely inside and socially distant.

HTC launched the HTC Status, the first phone with a Facebook button that glowed whenever the user was browsing something on the web that was shareable. With one touch of the button, it could share instantly to Facebook.
We launched the phone with the "Summer of Like," a Facebook campaign, targeting a young audience with exclusive events, movie premiers, concert tickets, backstage access and other exclusive content throughout the summer.
We kicked off the summer with an live-stream Usher concert. All footage, pics, and posts were captured on a HTC Status and only viewable through our Facebook page.
Fans watching the live-stream concert could find themselves on- screen with their profile pictures projected on stage. Party-goers could get profile picture makeovers for their Facebook pages.
We continued to reward our fans throughout the summer with giveaways and exclusive content with celebrity and media partnerships.
